Work with us

We hire house cleaning technicians for our Frederick office. You’d be an employee, not a contractor: competitive hourly pay plus tips, paid training with no experience required, daytime hours and home by dinner, weekends off, a team of two, a company car, uniforms and all supplies provided, workers’ compensation, and a bilingual office that answers when you call. Our field staff have been with us seven years on average, and our supervisors ten, which tells you most of what you need to know about the job.

We’re hiring now for the team position. Pay is $16.50 to $20.00 an hour, which works out to about $600 to $750 a week depending on your schedule.

Call (301) 698-9204, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, stop by 180 Thomas Johnson Drive, Suite 200, in Frederick, or send us your details and say you’re asking about work.

The job

You clean homes in Frederick County on a team of two, sometimes three. The office plans the route; you drive the company car. Every home gets the same list, room by room, and you’ll learn it in training: bathrooms, kitchen, dusting from the top down, vacuuming, mopping. A first clean of a typical three-bedroom home takes about three hours for the team; a regular visit about an hour or two, depending on the home. Some days are north county, some are west.

The products are safe, with no perfume and no caustic chemicals, so you aren’t breathing bleach all day.

What we offer

Employee status, with workers’ compensation and the taxes handled. Competitive hourly pay plus tips. Paid training; no experience required, and you learn our list alongside an experienced team leader before you’re on your own. A company car, uniforms, and everything you need to do the job. Daytime hours, Monday to Friday, home by dinner, weekends off. A regular team, because we hire for the long term. A supervisor on every team. A bilingual office, English and Spanish, that answers the phone when you need something. Benefits.

What we ask

Dependability, because our customers count on us. Attention to detail, because that’s what they notice. A friendly way with people. A criminal background check when you’re hired; every one of our employees has one. A driver’s license is preferred. The ability to do the physical work: a day of cleaning is a day on your feet, with stairs, a vacuum and a two-step ladder. And a willingness to learn how we clean, which is a list, and the list is the job.
