What’s included

Restrooms. Toilets and sinks cleaned and disinfected, mirrors, fixtures, floors washed, and restocked from your supplies. Kitchen and break room. Counters, the outsides of the appliances, the microwave inside and out, the sink, the trash, the floor. Offices and common areas. Dusting from the high surfaces down, desks and surfaces wiped where they’re clear, trash emptied, upholstered furniture and all floors vacuumed, bare floors mopped.

We bring everything: cloths, mops, the vacuum, the cleaning chemistry. Color-coded microfiber keeps restroom cloths out of the kitchen.

Not included: inside desks, drawers or cabinets, dishes, windows, walls, carpet shampooing, or anything that needs a lift or a ladder taller than two steps.

Who this is for

Small and mid-sized offices: professional firms, medical and dental front offices (the waiting room and the business side, not the clinical side), real estate and insurance offices, nonprofits, churches with an office, the office at a shop or a warehouse. Weekly, every other week, monthly or a schedule of your own; once, before a move-in or an open house, works too.

Not for: medical facilities, warehouses, industrial and outdoor work, construction sites, or anything with a biohazard.

What we clean with

The same products as in our customers’ homes. Our two main cleaners, a degreaser and a disinfectant, are made in our office from salt, water and electricity. The chemistry is Green Seal certified, and our hypochlorous acid disinfectant is registered with the EPA. We don’t use caustic chemicals, acids or alkalis, and there’s no perfume in any of it, so your staff don’t walk into a smell the next morning. All of it means a healthier home and office for you. More on green cleaning.

What it costs

Offices are quoted after we’ve seen the space. We ask the square footage, the number of restrooms and kitchens, how often, and what time of day. Call the office and we’ll set up a walk-through.

Our guarantee

Mistakes happen, and when they do we make it right. If any area we cleaned isn’t right, call the office within 24 hours and we come back within one business day to re-clean it at no charge.

Our technicians are employees, never contractors. Every one is bonded and insured, covered by workers’ compensation, and background-checked. Field staff have been with us seven years on average. We’ll send a certificate of insurance on request.

Questions people ask us

Most of our office work is during the day, and the team works around your staff. We have some limited early-morning and evening availability for offices; ask when you call and we’ll tell you what we can do.

Yes. Ask the office and we will send it to you.

Everything, including the vacuum. If you’d rather we use a product of your own, we can. It has to be safe for the team and in a labeled bottle. No bleach, and nothing mixed on site.

The front office, the waiting room and the staff areas, yes. Exam rooms, labs and anything clinical, no.

We vacuum them. Carpet shampooing is something we’re working on, and we’ll have it available by 2027.

How to start

Two people in Maid Brigade uniforms clean a large bathroom—one wipes the sink counter with a red cloth while the other cleans a high cabinet near a freestanding tub.

Everything on this site is real: the people, the photos, the reviews. We use software to help us organize and check our work, and a person at our Frederick office wrote and approved every page.
