How we respond
A person at the Frederick office replies to every review, good or bad, by name. If a review says something went wrong, the reply says what we did about it, because that’s what we’d want to read if we were choosing a cleaner. If any area we cleaned isn’t right, call the office within 24 hours and we come back within one business day to re-clean it at no charge.
