Apartment and condo cleaning in Frederick, MD

We clean apartments and condos across Frederick County on the same room-by-room list as a house, sized for the space: bathrooms scrubbed and disinfected, the kitchen from the stove top to the floor, every room dusted, vacuumed and mopped. A team of two from our Frederick office, once or on a schedule, with building access and parking worked out before the first visit so the team walks in and starts.

Call (301) 698-9204 for a same-day estimate, Monday to Friday, or send us the basics.

What’s included

The full list is on the house cleaning page. In short: bathrooms, full scrub of the tile and the tub or shower, glass doors, sink, mirror, cabinet fronts, toilet, floor. Kitchen, stove top, microwave inside and out, outsides of the oven, fridge and dishwasher, cabinet fronts, backsplash, counters, sink, trash, floor. Every other room, high dusting, baseboards, furniture and knick-knacks hand-dusted, upholstery and floors vacuumed, bare floors mopped with a damp microfiber mop.

The team brings everything, including the vacuum, so there’s nothing to store.

Not included unless you ask: inside cupboards, drawers and closets; dishes and laundry; walls, ceilings, blinds and windows. Any of these can be added for extra time.

Before the first visit

Parking. Tell us where the team can park and whether there’s a fee or a time limit. Parking fees and restrictions are the customer’s; if the team arrives and has no place to park, that counts as a lock-out, with a $50 fee, so this is the one thing to sort out in advance.

Getting in. A key, a lockbox, a door code, a front-desk arrangement, or you’re home. About half our customers give us a key; keys are number-coded, locked in the office at night, and carry nothing that identifies the address. In a building with a concierge or a management office, we coordinate with them for access; tell us the building’s rules and where the team can park when you request the estimate.

Alarms. Give us a code of our own, or turn it off when our arrival text comes.

Who this is for

Renters who want the place kept up without spending Saturday on it. Condo owners downtown and in the newer buildings along the county’s main roads. People who travel or work long hours. And renters at the end of a lease: the most-requested apartment job we do is the move-out clean before the inspection, which is the move-in and move-out clean. Send us the lease’s cleaning checklist and we’ll confirm our list covers every item before we schedule. Anyone in a small space who wants the deeper work done regularly: see recurring cleaning.

Not for: common areas, hallways or lobbies, which are building management’s; hoarding or biohazard situations; carpet shampooing.

What we clean with

Our two main cleaners, a degreaser and a disinfectant, are made in our office from salt, water and electricity. The chemistry is Green Seal certified, and our hypochlorous acid disinfectant is registered with the EPA. No perfume, which matters in a small space with the windows closed. All of it means a healthier home for you. More on green cleaning.

What it costs

A smaller home takes less time, and the price follows. We ask how many people live there, whether there are pets, what the clean is for, and what extras you want. One-time and first cleans are priced by the hour; recurring visits are a set price.

A card on file holds the appointment and is charged the next business day. Cash or check to the team supervisor on the day works too.

Our guarantee

Mistakes happen, and when they do we make it right. If any area we cleaned isn’t right, call the office within 24 hours and we come back within one business day to re-clean it at no charge.

Our technicians are employees, bonded and insured, covered by workers’ compensation and background-checked when hired. They arrive in uniform, in a company car.

Questions people ask us

Yes, for a first or one-time clean; the office will tell you what it is when you call. Recurring visits are priced for the space, by square footage, bedrooms and baths, and anything special you ask for.

Yes. Same list, less time.

No. A key, a code or the front desk works. If you’re home, we only ask that you check each area after the team finishes it instead of following them around.

Tell us. We’re insured and can provide a certificate of insurance if the building asks for one.

Between 8 am and 4 pm, with a text the day before giving a closer window.
