Turnover and listing cleans for landlords and realtors in Frederick County

You have a date: the next tenant’s lease, the photographer, the open house. We quote the same day, Monday to Friday, work from a lockbox or a key, and do the job by the hour with a team of two. A turnover is a move-out clean: the full clean plus inside every cabinet, closet and appliance. A listing is a deep clean with the furniture in place. Both are held to a higher standard than a clean for yourself, and we plan the time for it.

Turnovers

The list is what a walk-through checks: the oven inside, the fridge and freezer inside, every cabinet, drawer, medicine cabinet and closet, the bathroom tile and glass, the baseboards, door frames and windowsills washed, all the floors. Windows, walls and a garage sweep-out on request. If the last tenant was sick or the unit smells of something, we can finish with PUREmist, an electrostatic sprayer that puts our disinfectant evenly over the cleaned surfaces.

Empty is best. If the unit still has things in it, tell us when you book. Send us the lease’s cleaning requirements and we’ll confirm our list covers every item before we schedule; we provide a receipt for the file. Carpets are vacuumed, with HEPA filtration; if the lease calls for shampooing, we can refer a carpet company.

Listings

Before photos: the deep clean, about three hours for a team of two in a typical three-bedroom home, with the inside of the oven and fridge added if buyers will open them, and the windows if the light matters. Before the open house: a shorter visit to reset. After closing, if the seller wants the house clean for the buyer: the move-out list.

How we work with you

Access. A lockbox code, a key, or you meet us. Tell the office which when you book. If the team arrives and can’t get in, including no place to park, there’s a $50 lock-out fee.

Quoting. By the hour, over the phone, the same day. We ask the square footage, whether it’s empty, what shape it’s in, and what you want added. On hourly jobs, confirm the final total with the office before paying by cash or check. Jobs of five or more hours for a team of two may need a deposit.

Paying. A card on file, charged the next business day. One card for all your properties is fine.

Insurance. Every technician is an employee, bonded and insured, with workers’ compensation and a background check. We’ll send a certificate of insurance on request.

Repeat work. If you turn units regularly, tell us. The office will know your properties and your standard, and the quotes get quicker.

We clean for landlords and realtors all over Frederick County, including Frederick, Brunswick, Thurmont, Emmitsburg, Walkersville, Knoxville, Keymar and Ladiesburg. See every town we serve.

Who this isn’t for

We clean what’s there. We don’t haul what’s left behind, shampoo carpets (we’re working on it, and we’ll have it by 2027), do repairs or paint, or take hoarding, biohazard, fire or flood situations. A unit that just came out of a renovation is its own page: cleaning after a renovation. Common areas, hallways and lobbies are building management’s.

What a customer said

★★★★★

Everyone was very professional. Their work cleaning a property that was going up for sale, exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and fresh and looked brand new. Thank you for all the attention to detail. I definitely will use them again. Thank you all.
