Recurring regular house cleaning in Frederick, MD

Weekly, every other week or monthly, a team of two from our Frederick office cleans your home on the same list every visit, with a regular team assigned to your home. Most of our customers are on a schedule, and most homes start with a deep first clean of about three hours and then take about an hour or two per visit, depending on the home. We’ve cleaned homes in Frederick County since 1989.

Call (301) 698-9204 for a same-day estimate, Monday to Friday, or send us the basics.

How it works

Every recurring customer starts with an initial clean. Almost every home needs a deep clean the first time, because the first visit is where the built-up work is: the tile walls, the baseboards, under the furniture. After that, the weekly, every-other-week or monthly visits keep the house at that level, and if we keep it up, a deep clean is needed less often; most regular customers add one in spring and fall.

Before the first visit we like to come see the home. It takes a few minutes, and it’s how we give you a real number instead of a guess.

Each visit covers the same list: bathrooms scrubbed and disinfected, the kitchen from the stove top to the floor, and every other room dusted from the ceiling fans down to the baseboards, vacuumed and mopped. The full list is on the house cleaning page.

Weekly, every other week or monthly

Weekly. The house never gets far from clean. Visits are the shortest and the price per visit is the lowest. Best for larger homes, homes with young children or pets, and homes with a lot of guests.

Every other week. The sweet spot for most families, and our most common schedule: often enough to stay on top of everything, spaced out enough to be cost-effective, and about when a home needs a good cleaning anyway.

Monthly. Our second most popular. The visit runs longer because more has built up, and the price per visit is higher than weekly. It suits smaller homes, couples without children, or anyone who keeps up between visits and wants the deeper work done for them.

Your regular team

We plan a regular team for each customer and generally hold to it, especially when you ask. We can’t promise it every single time, because our technicians are people with families and days off. If the same team matters more to you than the day, tell us: we’ll note it and call to reschedule instead of sending a substitute. If the day matters more, you’ll get a different team on your scheduled day. Most customers choose the day.

Our technicians are employees, never contractors. Every one is bonded and insured, covered by workers’ compensation, and background-checked when hired. Field staff have been with us seven years on average; supervisors, ten.

Who this is for

Working parents who want the house done before the weekend. People who work from home and need the house finished by lunch. Seniors staying in their own homes, often set up by a son or daughter. Anyone who has decided that cleaning is no longer going to be their job. We change how we work for each; see who we clean for.

Not for: a one-time clean, which is the house cleaning or deep cleaning page, or a move, which is move-in and move-out cleaning.

What we clean with

Our two main cleaners, a degreaser and a disinfectant, are made in our office from salt, water and electricity. The chemistry is Green Seal certified, and our hypochlorous acid disinfectant is registered with the EPA. Color-coded microfiber keeps bathroom cloths out of the kitchen, and our vacuums have HEPA filtration. No perfume in any of it. All of it means a healthier home for you. More on green cleaning.

What it costs

Every home is different, so we ask a few questions before we quote: how many people live there, whether there are pets and what kind, and what extras you want. For recurring service we prefer to come see the home first. The first clean is priced like a deep clean, by the hour; the recurring visits are a set price per visit.

A card on file holds the appointment and is charged the next business day. Cash or check to the team supervisor on the day works too.

Our guarantee

Mistakes happen, and when they do we make it right. If any area we cleaned isn’t right, call the office within 24 hours and we come back within one business day to re-clean it at no charge.

Questions people ask us

No. About half our customers give us a key, which is number-coded, locked in the office at night, and carries nothing that identifies your address. Many use a garage or door code. For an alarm, give us a code of our own or turn it off when our arrival text comes.

Between 8 am and 4 pm. We text the day before with a closer window, and we can usually honor a morning or afternoon request, but not an exact time.

Yes, with two business days’ notice. Less than that and there’s a late-cancellation fee, because the team’s day was planned around you. If the team arrives and can’t get in, there’s a $50 lock-out fee.

Yes. Inside the oven, the fridge, the windows, the cabinets: tell the office before the day and we add the time.

Everything: towels, cloths, mops, the vacuum, the cleaning chemistry, a step ladder. If you’d rather we use a product of your own, it has to be safe for the team and in a labeled bottle. No bleach, and nothing mixed at home.

Most of our customers have a dog or a cat and we’re used to them. A separate room, a crate or daycare is your call. Tell us about the pet when you book.
