Tell Us About Your Home
Keymar as we know it
Keymar sits on the Carroll County line at the top of Route 194, and the ZIP covers both sides of it: farmhouses that have been in the same family for generations, newer houses on an acre or two carved off those farms, and the homes along 194 and Keymar Road. We clean on both sides of the line. It’s the end of our run up 194, after Walkersville, Woodsboro and Ladiesburg, and we’re there on the same days as those towns.
Farmhouses clean differently. There’s a mudroom or a back porch that takes the brunt of the farm, a kitchen that gets used hard, and often a second kitchen or a canning room in the basement. The well water leaves spots on the fixtures and the shower glass, and the older floors want a damp mop, never a wet one. We plan the first visit as a deep clean and we say so on the phone. A typical first clean of a three-bedroom home runs about three hours for a team of two; after that, about an hour or two per visit, depending on the home.
Around Keymar (ZIP 21757), we clean homes in New Midway. That includes homes near New Midway Elementary School and Woodsboro Pike.
