House cleaning for seniors and aging in place in Frederick County
Your mother or father wants to stay in the house, and the house is getting to be too much. We clean it on a regular schedule with a regular team, which matters more here than anywhere: the same faces, the same routine, the same day. You can set it up and pay for it from wherever you live, and our office answers the phone when you or your parent need to change something. No harsh chemicals, no fragrance, nothing slippery left on the floors.
The service that fits is recurring regular cleaning, usually every other week or monthly. Call (301) 698-9204 or send us the basics.
Tell Us About Your Home
What we do differently
The same team. We plan a regular team for each customer and generally hold to it, especially when asked. Tell us it matters, and if the team isn’t available we’ll call to reschedule instead of sending someone new. Our technicians have been with us seven years on average, and every one is an employee, bonded and insured, background-checked when hired, in uniform, in a company car. Your parent will know who’s at the door.
Getting in. A key kept with us (number-coded, locked in the office at night, nothing on it that identifies the address), a door code, or your parent lets the team in. Whichever is easiest for them.
Paying. A card on file, charged the next business day after each visit, so there’s no cash to handle and no check to write. The card can be yours.
The office. LaShae runs our Frederick office and answers the phone, the texts and the email. If a visit needs to move for a doctor’s appointment, call or text; two business days’ notice and there’s no charge. If any area we cleaned isn’t right, call the office within 24 hours and we come back within one business day to re-clean it at no charge.
What we can and can’t do. We clean: bathrooms, the kitchen, dusting, floors, and the add-ons like the inside of the fridge or the windows. We can’t move heavy furniture or lift anything over 25 pounds, and we don’t provide personal care, medication reminders, errands or meals. If your parent needs those, we’re happy to work alongside whoever does.
What it takes
A first clean of about three hours for a team of two in a typical three-bedroom home, then about an hour or two per visit, depending on the home. Every other week is common; monthly works for one person who keeps up between visits.
We clean for seniors all over Frederick County, including Frederick, Thurmont, Emmitsburg, Middletown, Mount Airy, Walkersville, Buckeystown and Rocky Ridge. See every town we serve.
Who this isn’t for
A one-time clean before a move to assisted living, or to get a house ready to sell, is a deep clean or a move-out clean. A home where cleaning is only part of what’s needed is still ours for the cleaning, but we’re not a home care agency, and we’ll say so on the phone.
How to start
Get a cleaner, greener, healthier home. Call (301) 698-9204, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, or send us the basics and we’ll call you back the same day with a free, no-commitment estimate. If you reach out over the weekend, we’ll get back to you on the next business day. We like to see the home first; LaShae does the visit and will meet your parent. All of who we clean for.

Everything on this site is real: the people, the photos, the reviews. We use software to help us organize and check our work, and a person at our Frederick office wrote and approved every page.
